Rent N Ride is a motorcycle rental service primarily operating in Kuala Lumpur (KL), offering a wide range of motorbikes for both short-term and long-term rentals. It caters to both locals and tourists seeking convenient and reliable transportation within the city. Whether for a business trip, vacation, or daily commute, Rent N Ride provides flexible and affordable options. Known for its friendly customer service, customers can easily and quickly rent motorcycles through our online platform.

Required Documents for Local Customers (Driver Information)

1. Identification Card (IC): Copy of both front and back.

2. Driving License: Copy of both front and back. (Only for CDL — P License is not accepted.)

3. Latest Utility Bill: Recent bill showing the current address (e.g., electricity or water bill under the driver’s name).

Required Documents for Tourists / Travelers (Driver Information Only)

1. Passport: Copy of the page with personal details and the entry stamp.

2. Proof of Current Residence During Rental: Utility bill, hotel booking with room number, or equivalent.

3. International / Home Country Driving License: Copy of both front and back, in English.

For Locals – The security deposit is RM100 for all motorcycles except for Kawasaki Ninja 250, KTM 250cc Duke/Adv, Yamaha NMAX 155, and Vespa Piaggio, which require a RM200 deposit. The deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after the motorcycle is returned and inspected.

For Tourists – The security deposit is RM200 for all motorcycles. The deposit will be refunded on the spot after inspection when the renter returns the motorcycle.

You can pick up and drop off the car at our office in Bistari Condominium, Jalan 1/64D, Off Jalan Putra 50350 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. For delivery, there will be an additional charge subject to a quote based on the location.

All our cars are covered by insurance, but it does not protect the renters. If there is any damage to the car, it will be deducted from the deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit, the renter must bear the cost. Please refer to the terms and conditions for more information.

We provide unlimited mileage distance to our customers. You can travel around Malaysia, but it is strictly prohibited to take a motorbike offshore and cross the borders.

We do not have any additional hidden charges. But we give our tenants the option to purchase additional items:

1. Motorbike Jacket - RM15

2. Motorbike Gloves - RM15

3. Phone Holder - RM5

4. Safety Suit (Available in size S-XL for both Men and Women) - RM80

5. Standard Helmet - RM10

6. Sport Helmet - RM20

7. Touch N Go Card - RM10

8. Delivery and Return Service - Price is based on the location.

For Local Residents - We accept Cash and Online Transfers for rent. For the deposit, it needs to be transferred online for a smooth refund process.

For Tourists - We only accept cash in MYR.

We do not accept Debit Cards or Credit Cards / International Cards.
